  Norman's Mortuary was a wonderful help from the very first moment.
  For one of the worst times in someone's life, the loss of a loved one,
  they were helpful, dependable, respectful and because of that I felt

  Gwen Takakura was very patient and understanding through my time of grief. Her soft voice, smile, and warm embrace, gave me that feeling of a loving and caring person. I would highly recommend her to others, in there time of grief.
